How might the phonebook look like if read as a score for an experimental short film?
»2'12'' for an unknown recipient« is a video performance of the body, voice and camera set by eight phone numbers randomly
picked from the phonebook in subsequent order. The performance strictly follows the score, which determines the movements
of the camera action, body movement and the voice (input), depending on the phone numbers one picks. The first digit of
the selected telephone number sets the body movement, the second digit the camera (action) and the third the time in
seconds. This is also the structure of the sound. The first digit sets the sound input and the second digit the duration
of this sound. The performance and the length of the performance varies depending on how many numbers one picks from the
phone book and what these numbers are.
